Returns:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
